We collect as little as we can, and we only use it to reply to you.

Helianth Productions (Sydney, Australia) follows the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This page explains what personal information this website collects and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Contact form: your first and last name, email address, the topic you choose and your message.
• Emails you send us: whatever you choose to include.
• Technical data: like any website, our host and security services see your IP address and browser details when you visit. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, for example about a booking, permission to use our music or a collaboration, and to keep the site and the form safe from spam and abuse. We do not sell your information or add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who else handles it, including overseas

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers contact form messages to our inbox. Its servers are outside Australia, so your message may be stored or processed overseas.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and runs the Turnstile security check on the contact form. It may process your IP address and browser details in Australia and overseas, including the United States.
• YouTube (Google) loads only if you press play on a video. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode.

By sending the contact form, you agree that your details may be handled overseas by these services. They have their own privacy policies, and we cannot guarantee they meet the Australian Privacy Principles.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to deal with your request and our records, then delete them.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. If you have a privacy concern or complaint, email us and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not happy with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
